These SMS Terms & Conditions supplement the Fauna Terms of Use. Fauna is operated by AntFarm AI Inc.

SMS Terms

The planned Fauna SMS program will provide recurring account status alerts, requests to update account information, and conversational replies to messages users send to Fauna’s AI assistant.

SMS enrollment will require a separate, affirmative choice. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or making a purchase. You can use Fauna without SMS. Accepting the general terms or creating an account will not enroll you in this SMS program.

Message frequency varies with account activity and user conversations. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the program or HELP for help. Support is also available at support@faunakit.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

The SMS Privacy Policy explains how we will use and protect mobile numbers, consent records, and messaging information. It supplements the Fauna Privacy Policy.

The enrollment screen at faunakit.com/sms/ is a prelaunch preview. No one is enrolled through that page, and it does not enable messaging.
